There is no free trial right now. Each app includes a limited free preview so you can experience the format before subscribing. A subscription unlocks the full question banks, mock exams, explanations, and analytics for that app family.

Yes. Free preview is built into the app: up to 10 questions per topic, up to 50 per exam, and up to 1,000 preview questions across the app before subscribing.

Practice Mode is designed as a short random session. On many courses, that means 10 questions per session, then you will see Finish. This is normal. A premium subscription unlocks the full question bank and unlimited new practice sets; it does not turn one Practice Mode session into an endless stream.

Yes. Questions load from the cloud. Short connection drops are handled by caching and auto-retry. If you see “No questions found,” please retry on a stable connection (VPN/firewall off). If it persists, contact support with the exam/topic.

Banks are designed to mirror the style, difficulty, timing, and topic weights of the real exams, with extra challenge sets to deepen mastery. We target realistic pacing (roughly 2–3 minutes per question on average), use exam-style mixes of single-response and multi-response items, and align content to the official blueprint where available. Every item includes a step-by-step explanation—no “answer only.”

Yes. Your progress and settings sync to your account across devices. On web, you can sign in with Email/Password, Apple, or Google.

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. You can cancel from your device’s subscription settings; we can’t cancel on your behalf. Refunds are handled by the store per their policies.

A web experience is available for selected exams at MasteryExamprep.com/app/. Some features are still rolling out. For the full catalog and the most stable experience, we recommend the iOS and Android apps.

We don’t run ad networks or cross-site tracking. We use privacy-friendly analytics to improve product quality. See our Privacy Policy.

Possibly! We add exams based on learner demand and the availability of an official exam outline/blueprint. Email us with details and we’ll log your request and notify you if/when a pilot is ready (no guaranteed timelines).

What to include:
  • Exam name & level (e.g., “Series 24”, “CFA Level II”)
  • Country/region and exam owner (e.g., FINRA/NASAA, CFA Institute)
  • Your target exam date/window
  • Official outline/blueprint URL
  • Topics you want most practice on
Email a request

We prioritize requests by demand, feasibility, and syllabus stability. Some exams require additional validation or licensing reviews.

We use modern tools—including AI assistants—for drafting, refactoring, and checking ideas, but every question, answer choice, and explanation is ultimately selected, edited, and approved by humans. Behind each course is a structured workflow: aligning to official exam blueprints, designing realistic question styles and ratios, targeting real exam pacing (about 2–3 minutes per question), and running independent reviews by certified subject-matter experts. In short, we treat AI as a power tool, not an author.

Yes. For selected exams, we publish detailed practice books in digital formats (EPUB and PDF), sold through our website and partners. These books complement the app experience: they use the same exam-aligned philosophy (realistic question styles, pacing, and explanations) but are optimized for reading and annotation on tablets, laptops, and e-readers. App subscriptions and books are sold separately, so you can choose the mix that works best for you.
