Mastery is a focused exam-practice platform from Tokenizer Inc. built around three app families: IT Mastery, PM Mastery, and Finance Prep. You can start from exam pages on this site, open the matching web app, and continue on mobile with the same account inside that app family. The three app families use separate authentication and billing.

Mastery publishes exam pages across three focused app families: Finance Prep, IT Mastery, and PM Mastery. Published pages make clear what is available for that exam, such as public sample questions, a free-practice page, topic practice, full app practice, or replacement guidance for a retired exam.

For the current published list, use Certification Exams. If an exam is not listed, use Request a Certification Exam with the exam code, country or region, certification body, and target exam window if relevant. A request does not mean the exam is currently available.

If your PMP exam date is before July 9, 2026, use the current PMP page. If your exam date is July 9, 2026 or later, use PMP 2026. That separate page reflects the updated weighting and the broader Business Environment, stakeholder, value, AI, and sustainability context in PMI's refresh.

Start with the United Kingdom roadmap if you are still choosing between foundation, regulation, advice, financial planning, wealth management, capital markets, risk, financial crime, and investment management. If you already know your CISI target, open the CISI hub directly for the live CISI paper list, including ICWIM, IAD, PCIAM, CWM, CMP, risk, financial-crime, and investment-management routes. Use the CII hub if your target is the CII R01-R06 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning route.

Your paid access is inside the matching Mastery app family: Finance Prep, IT Mastery, or PM Mastery. Public exam pages on this website are free companion pages, public practice pages, diagnostics, or exam information pages for live app routes. They are separate from the interactive paid app.

Use Apps and Web Access, the app-family menu link, or the Start on Web button on an exam page. For Finance Prep, the stable web-app entry point is masteryexamprep.com/go/securities/web/. Sign in with the same account used for your subscription.

There is no separate time-based free trial right now. Most exam pages include public sample questions, and each app family includes limited in-app preview access so you can test the format before subscribing. A subscription unlocks the full practice library, timed mock exams, explanations, and analytics for that app family.

Yes. Start with the public sample questions on the matching exam page, then use the in-app preview for more hands-on practice. Public website samples and in-app preview are separate. Free preview inside the app is limited and may vary by exam, topic, format, and app family.

As a general rule, preview access is capped per topic, per exam, and across the app. Some exams allow up to 10 questions per topic, up to 50 per exam, and up to 1,000 preview questions across the app, but lower limits may apply for specific exam formats.

The in-app preview limit is based on the number of questions accessed, not only on whether you completed a full mock exam. Practice questions, topic questions, and exam-mode questions can all count toward the free preview limit for that exam or app family.

After the preview limit is reached, the remaining interactive practice and mock-exam content requires premium access. Public sample pages on this website may still remain available separately.

Practice Mode is designed as a short randomized attempt. On many courses, each attempt contains 10 questions. On question 10, the Next button becomes Finish because there is no next question in that attempt.

After tapping Finish, you can review your answers, tap Submit & View Results, and then tap Try Again to start another randomized practice attempt. A premium subscription unlocks the full practice library and unlimited new practice attempts. It does not turn one Practice Mode attempt into an endless scrolling list of all questions.

After submitting, the Results screen shows your score and question numbers. Correct answers are shown in green, and incorrect answers are shown in red. Tap any question number to review that question, answer choices, rationale, and explanation.

We are continuing to improve the review flow so it is easier to move through incorrect answers quickly.

Mastery is designed around short randomized practice attempts from large maintained topic pools, with answer choices shuffled. The goal is to test broad understanding across the syllabus, not to turn the QBank into a checklist or encourage memorizing a narrow set of previously seen questions.

Use the Results screen to review missed questions after each attempt. For readiness, focus on repeated strong performance across varied timed attempts, not on seeing every question in the bank.

Yes. Questions load from the cloud. Short connection drops are handled by caching and auto-retry. If you see “No questions found,” please retry on a stable connection (VPN/firewall off). If it persists, contact support with the exam/topic.

Banks are designed to reflect the scope, difficulty, timing, and topic weights of the target exams where those details are published, with extra challenge sets to deepen mastery. We target realistic pacing (roughly 2–3 minutes per question on average), use exam-style mixes of single-response, multi-response, case, or vignette items where appropriate, and align content to the official blueprint where available. Every item includes a step-by-step explanation—no “answer only.”

Some credentials test both fast single-best-answer decisions and longer case reasoning. When both companion formats are available, start with the vignette or case route if the real exam emphasizes integrated facts, issue ranking, planning judgment, essays, or constructed responses. Use the MCQ route as complementary practice for domain recall, triage, and single-best-answer discipline between case sessions. These are original study materials and do not claim to copy official essays, case files, marking rubrics, or live exam items.

No. The goal is to build transferable exam judgment, not to memorize a large question bank. If you can complete several varied timed attempts above your readiness threshold, for example around 75% or higher, and you can explain why the best answers are better than the tempting alternatives, you are probably ready to move toward final review and the real exam. More practice is useful when it targets weak topics; repeating questions you already recognize can create false confidence without improving exam-day reasoning.

Public sample questions are original Mastery practice items aligned to exam objectives, topic weights, and exam format where available. Live practice pages can also include focused topic pages and free full-length diagnostic pages. See Exam Practice Methodology for quality standards, page labels, and what is included before or after subscribing.

Yes. Progress and settings sync to your account across devices within the same app family. Use the same app-family account on each device. If you bought on web, the matching mobile app must use that same Email/Password account.

Please do not purchase again. First confirm you are using the correct app family: Finance Prep, IT Mastery, or PM Mastery. Each app family has separate login and billing.

If you bought on the web, sign in with the same Email/Password account used at checkout, then open My Profile & Stats and tap Refresh.

If you bought through Apple or Google Play, sign in with the same app account and use Restore Purchases from the profile or account screen.

If it still looks locked, email support@masteryexamprep.com and include the subscription email, app family, exam name, device, purchase platform, and screenshot.

Each app family has separate billing. Store-billed cancellations and refunds follow Apple or Google rules. Web-billed subscriptions are processed through Stripe/RevenueCat; for billing or refund questions, email support@masteryexamprep.com and include the subscription email address. See Support for app subscription routing details. For PDF or EPUB book refunds, see the Refund Policy.

RevenueCat web checkout uses Stripe and may show cards plus wallet options such as Google Pay. If checkout or renewal does not complete, try another available web payment method first. Customers using India-issued payment methods may run into extra issuer authentication or recurring-payment limits; if web checkout still fails, subscribe through the Apple App Store, Mac App Store where available, or Google Play for the same app family, then sign in with that app-family account and tap Refresh.

Yes. Open the matching exam page first when possible, then use its Start on Web button. You can also start from the app-family pages for IT Mastery, PM Mastery, and Finance Prep. All three app families now support web access and web checkout.

Include the exact exam code or name, country or region, certification body, and target exam date or window if relevant. If a published page has incorrect details, stale exam information, broken links, or unclear questions, include the page URL and a screenshot if possible.

For app access or web-subscription issues, include the app family, device, purchase platform, subscription email, exact URL if a web page is involved, and a screenshot.

Mastery uses AI-assisted editorial workflows, but published questions are not live-generated disposable items. Questions, answer choices, explanations, and public samples are selected, edited, and approved through a human review process before publication.

Our banks are built around official exam blueprints where available, realistic question styles, target pacing, detailed explanations, and quality checks before release.

Mastery materials are original study aids. They are not official exam questions, exam dumps, or guaranteed predictions of live exam content.

Yes. For organizations, training providers, or teams preparing for the same exam family, email support@masteryexamprep.com to discuss bulk access or institutional arrangements. Include the exam family, expected number of users, country or region, and target exam window.

Yes. For selected exams, we publish detailed practice books in digital formats (EPUB and PDF), sold through our website and partners. These books complement the app experience: they use the same exam-aligned philosophy (realistic question styles, pacing, and explanations) but are optimized for reading and annotation on tablets, laptops, and e-readers. App subscriptions and books are sold separately, so you can choose the mix that works best for you.
