For web subscription issues in any of the three app families, email support@masteryexamprep.com from the Email/Password account you are trying to use inside that app family on web and mobile.

Institutional / Training Group Access

If you need access for a class, employer program, bootcamp, or compliance cohort, start with Team & Institutional Access.

  • Group access is available by invoice for approved learner email addresses.
  • Typical institutional pricing starts at US$100 per learner per year, with minimum invoice requirements possible.
  • Training-provider and referral discussions use the same contact path.

Premium Active But Still Locked?

If the subscription screen says premium is active, the purchase is usually fine. The app normally just needs the access state refreshed in the right account.

  1. Sign in with the account you want to use everywhere.
  2. Open My Profile & Stats and tap Refresh.
  3. If you bought on web, make sure mobile is using that same Email/Password account before you refresh.
  4. If you bought through the App Store or Google Play and access still looks missing, use Restore Purchases.
  5. Then fully close and reopen the app, or sign out and sign back in once.

Practice Mode & 10-Question Sets

In our apps, Practice Mode is intentionally built as a short randomized attempt. On many courses, each attempt contains 10 questions. On question 10, the Next button becomes Finish because there is no next question in that attempt.

After tapping Finish, review your answers, tap Submit & View Results, and then tap Try Again to start another randomized practice attempt.

  • Practice Mode: short randomized attempts, often 10 questions at a time.
  • Premium: the full practice library and unlimited new practice attempts, plus mock exams, explanations, and analytics.
  • Not included: one endless scrolling list of every question in a single Practice Mode attempt.

If your app says premium is active and you can keep starting new sets, your subscription is working as expected. If a topic or exam says you hit a free limit before you can start a new set, email support@masteryexamprep.com.

Restore Purchases

Restore Purchases re-checks your store purchase history and refreshes premium access on the current device.

Use it for App Store, Mac App Store, or Google Play purchases when access is missing.

  • You already subscribed on this store account, but premium is not unlocked on this device.
  • You changed phones or tablets and want to recover access.
  • The store says you already subscribed when you try to buy again.
  • You subscribed as a guest earlier, then signed in later and access did not appear.
  • You reinstalled the app or reset app state and access looks missing.

If the app already shows premium as active, try My Profile & Stats → Refresh first.

Do not use Restore Purchases for web purchases. For web-billed access, sign in with the same Email/Password account on each device, then tap Refresh.

Best practice:

  1. Sign in first with the account you want to keep using for web and multi-device access.
  2. Then tap Restore Purchases on that same device.

This matters because restoring while signed into a different app account, or while staying anonymous, can attach the active subscription to the current app session instead of the account you expected to use later.

  • Paywall / subscription screen → Restore Purchases

Do not purchase the same subscription twice. If the store says you are already subscribed, use Restore Purchases instead.

Accounts, Sign-In & Cross-Device Use

The mobile apps and supported web apps support sign in with Apple, Google, and email/password. Web access is available at MasteryExamPrep.com for supported products and features.

Deleting the app does not cancel a store-billed subscription.

If you were charged but access is not unlocked, sign in with the account you want to keep using, tap Refresh, and only then use Restore Purchases if the purchase was store-billed.

For store-billed subscriptions, refund eligibility and approval are determined by Apple or Google under their policies. Official self-service links:

For store billing disputes, cancellations, and refund approvals, the decision is still made by Apple or Google.

Known Issues & Quick Fixes

  • Subscription active, but a topic still says limit reached: open My Profile & Stats and tap the top-right Refresh button. If you are not signed in yet, sign in first, then refresh again.
  • Practice Mode ends after 10 questions and shows Finish: that is normal. Practice Mode uses short randomized attempts by design. Tap Submit & View Results, then Try Again to start another attempt from the full available library.
  • Wide tables and code blocks on small phones: swipe horizontally to view the full content. Landscape mode or a larger screen can still be more comfortable for dense exhibits.
  • Math/LaTeX: Long inline formulas may scroll horizontally by design.
  • Connectivity: The app requires an internet connection for fresh content; brief drops are handled with auto-retry and light caching.
  • Changed devices after subscribing as a guest: Sign in with the same app account if available, then use Restore Purchases on the new device.
  • Web access: All three app families can start on web or mobile, but each app family has separate authentication and billing. If you bought on web, sign in on the matching mobile app with the same Email/Password account. In every app family, use the same app-family account on each device.

Quick fixes

  1. Update to the latest app version (App Store / Play).
  2. Open My Profile & Stats and tap the top-right Refresh button.
  3. If you are not signed in, sign in with the account you want to use on all devices, then tap Refresh again.
  4. Use Restore Purchases from the drawer, profile screen, or paywall if premium access is still missing.
  5. Fully close and reopen the app, or sign out and sign back in again.
  6. Try the direct web login page for your app to confirm the subscription is active there too.
