• All exam names, acronyms, course names, certification marks, trademarks, and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used nominatively for identification only.
• Practice items are original educational material and are not actual exam questions. Topic weightings and formats are modeled from publicly available outlines and may differ from any given test form.

4) Connectivity and usage

The Service requires an active internet connection to load questions and sync progress. Short connection drops are mitigated by caching and auto-retry, but offline operation is not guaranteed. Network controls (e.g., VPNs, firewalls, device policies) may affect access. Rate limiting and fair-use protections may apply.

5) Code snippets, formulas, and calculators

• Snippets and formulas are illustrative and may omit validation, logging, security hardening, or production configuration.
• Rounding, convention, or data-source differences can lead to results that differ from official systems. Always verify critical calculations independently.

6) Third-party links, stores, and payments

The Service may link to third-party sites (docs, standards, app stores). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Web subscriptions follow our website checkout and support flow. Purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds made via the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by those stores’ terms; we cannot cancel or refund on your behalf for store-billed purchases.
