- Pick the right compute and storage service for a scenario (VM/BM/containers; object/block/file).
- Recognize core database options (autonomous vs managed DB systems; purpose-level selection).
- Understand observability fundamentals: metrics, logging, alarms, and audit.
- Describe basic pricing/governance concepts: compartments, tagging, budgets, and quotas.
