It depends on province/exam provider. As an official example, BC’s Harmonized LLQP guide states that each exam module is 75 minutes, and the Ethics & Professional Practice (Common Law) module contains 25 questions (scored out of 20 points, with 5 pilot/unscored questions). BC also states a passing mark of 60% or higher.
