This is a 30‑day plan you can compress (2–3 weeks) or stretch (6–8 weeks). It follows the published topic weightings (60/40) and builds in repetition so knowledge sticks.
If you’re studying part-time, keep the order and stretch the timeline. Don’t skip review days.
Weekly cadence (simple and effective)
- Mon–Thu: Learn + short drills (10–20 questions)
- Fri: Consolidation + revise your miss log
- Sat: Mixed set (25–35 questions) + deep review
- Sun: Light review (cheatsheet + weak objectives)
Days 1–18: Topic 1 (60%) — Legal aspects (Civil Code / Québec)
- Work Topic 1 in the Syllabus in order.
- Build a one-page “contract + legal risk” checklist: capacity, authority, ownership/beneficiary, disclosure, privacy consent, documentation.
- Practice: daily short drills, focused on identifying the legal issue and the safest next step.
Days 19–30: Topic 2 (40%) — Rules governing representative activities (Civil Code / Québec)
- Work Topic 2 objectives in the Syllabus.
- Build a one-page “practice hygiene” checklist: suitability, disclosure, conflicts, prohibited practices, advertising/marketing principles (high level), complaint handling (high level).
- Practice: mixed sets with a time cap; for every miss, write the violated duty in one sentence.
Final week checklist
- You can identify the risk in a scenario (misrepresentation/privacy/conflict/suitability) in one sentence.
- You can choose the correct “next step” without skipping fact-find/consent/disclosure/documentation.
- Your miss log themes are shrinking (fewer repeats).
✅ Next: review the Cheatsheet, then do a mixed set via Practice.
