What is the format?

Humber describes Ontario Building Code exams as open-book, 3 hours, with 70 multiple-choice and true/false questions.

What is the biggest study mistake?

Trying to memorize Part 3 article-by-article without first building a fire-safety system map.

Do I need a BCIN to register?

Yes. Humber says a personal BCIN is required for registration.

Is this exam only Part 3?

Part 3 is the core, but the official syllabus also includes selected material from Parts 2, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, and Division C.
