Ontario Building Code 2024 - Designer Legal/Process Exam Prep

The Designer Legal/Process 2024 exam is the designer-specific legal and administrative path in the BCIN family. It centers on the Building Code Act, Division C designer qualifications and records, insurance and registration requirements, and the legal framework that supports design practice, with supporting renovation and existing-building context from Parts 10 and 11.

Humber’s registration site says Ontario Building Code exams move to the 2024 Building Code on March 30, 2026. If your sitting is before that date, confirm the exact code cycle tied to your booking. If your sitting is on or after March 30, 2026, use the 2024 syllabus and current Humber rules.
