Current CSA practice

IT Mastery offers original CSA topic practice, mixed mocks and explanations. The website’s free practice exam contains 60 original questions. It is one fixed set, with whole-question allocations based on the six domain weights in ServiceNow’s official blueprint . These facts were checked for this page on September 16, 2026.

Our practice includes single-answer and stated-count multiple-select questions. The particular mix is an editorial choice, not a claim about the proportions in an official exam form. IT Mastery is independent of ServiceNow; its questions are not official or recalled exam content.

Dated improvements

September 16, 2026 - More useful worked cases and study tasks

Expanded the five supporting pages after reviewing their practical depth. The earlier pages identified important mechanisms, but several sections needed clearer examples, expected results and broader coverage of the published subskills.

  • Scenario guide : expanded from six to 12 worked cases. Added misleading analytics totals, missing notification recipients, reference identity, record-producer outcomes, Virtual Agent failure paths and field-level authorization. Cases explain the conclusion, a plausible ineffective fix and evidence that would verify the result.
  • Study plan : replaced a broad weekly outline with 20 concrete sessions, a reusable synthetic dataset, expected artifacts and follow-up exercises for common mistakes.
  • Blueprint map : expanded the six domain summaries into a map of all 30 published subskills, with original exercises and checkpoints. The official list is non-exhaustive; this is a study map rather than a guarantee of exhaustive exam coverage.
  • Cheat sheet : added comparisons for platform objects, references and inheritance, task work, catalog mechanisms, script timing, analytics, notifications and security responsibilities.
  • Official resources : added technical reading routes that connect a specific study gap to the relevant primary documentation, plus guidance on official learning and practice resources.

We checked the exam facts against the January 2026 blueprint and checked technical distinctions against ServiceNow documentation. The examples state their assumptions and distinguish browser behavior, record authorization and server-side processing. Product interfaces and available features depend on release, configuration and access.

This entry records a website study-resource improvement. It does not claim that the question bank was regenerated or that a new psychometric study was completed. The existing public practice questions were preserved.

How to interpret quality and scores

Useful practice should make you explain why the chosen mechanism meets the requirement and why plausible alternatives do not. Our editorial review looks for clear assumptions, accurate behavior, useful examples and consistent explanations. More pages or longer scenarios alone do not establish exam-equivalent difficulty.

Practice percentages are not validated predictions of a CSA result. Review incorrect answers, correct guesses and recognized questions separately. Use official learning for unfamiliar concepts, topic practice for application, a fresh mixed attempt for pacing, and targeted review for remaining gaps. The study plan makes that sequence concrete.
