Use the credential-specific assessment page and course page . A generic statement about other Scrum.org assessments being available without training does not override the specific AIF I requirement. No exam-only route is asserted here.
Exact option counts, single/multiple-answer proportions and a scored/unscored split have not been established from current public sources. The independent four-option single-select practice uses the documented count and time for pacing, without claiming exact assessment reproduction or validated scoring equivalence.
Four assessment categories
| Category | Publicly supported work | Our practice allocation |
|---|---|---|
| AI Foundations | Capabilities, limits, task fit, productive skepticism and learning habits | 25% |
| AI Prompting & Iteration | Purposeful direction and revision from observed output shortcomings | 25% |
| AI Quality & Confidence | Fitness, relevant evidence, review and justified reliance | 25% |
| AI Accountability | Human ownership, data permissions, responsible communication and adoption | 25% |
The percentages are editorial; no official category weights were published. The public 40 allocates 10 questions to each area.
Journey Map and practical outcomes
The course covers Level 1 through Understanding, Direction, Evaluation and Responsibility. Its public outcomes connect daily AI use, product delivery and Scrum, skepticism, prompting, review, responsible ownership and readiness for further development. Discovery, delivery and support can overlap and recur; they are not a mandatory linear pipeline.
The four lenses do not rename Scrum accountabilities. Higher Journey Map levels and separate PSM-AI, PSPO-AI or SAFe credentials are not added to this assessment’s scope. Exact formal failure-mode labels, Direction-template elements and private readiness scoring are not reconstructed. Cases supply the local evidence, policies and authority needed for the task.
Practice and entitlement
Our questions are original PM Mastery practice, not official Scrum.org questions or protected course exercises. A PM Mastery subscription covers its independent practice library for the access period; it does not replace the required course, supply the official passcode or confer certification.
