Current public exam frame
At the last check, the RECO Learner Exam Handbook listed Exam 2: Residential Real Estate Transactions as 115 multiple-choice questions with three hours allowed. RECO states that Meazure Learning administers examinations through remote proctoring and test centres.
Confirm these details again before booking. Exam administration can change independently of the underlying Course 2 subject matter.
What is not an official blueprint
RECO’s public Course 2 page describes the subject scope, but the public sources used here do not provide scored domain percentages for Exam 2. Finance Prep’s five planning areas and their allocations organize its own question bank. They must not be interpreted as an official RECO weighting table or a guaranteed distribution on a live exam form.
