Currentity discipline
Older workbooks can preserve superseded regulator names, forms, schedules, periods, or complaint rules. When a precise rule controls an answer:
- identify the event date;
- identify the actor and legal source;
- check whether the source was in force on that date;
- apply the current enacted rule rather than a proposal or historical label;
- keep unresolved legal developments out of a scored conclusion unless the question supplies the controlling context.
FSCA publishes the eight RE5 task areas but does not publish task-level exam percentages. Finance Prep’s task allocation is a study-bank design choice, not an official prediction of live-exam distribution.
