• BCS currently separates business-analysis certifications into Foundation, Practitioner, Professional, Consultant, and Expert levels.
• BCS says most people begin the journey at Foundation level.
• BCS says the International Diploma in Business Analysis requires passing four modules and then an oral examination.
• BCS says the Advanced International Diploma in Business Analysis requires the BCS International Diploma, four professional-level BA certifications across required specialisms, at least five years’ BA experience, and a written portfolio.
