| 14 days | Balanced syllabus review and practice | All five areas, one full diagnostic, two fresh timed mocks |
| 30 days | Spaced learning with stronger retention | Two passes through the syllabus, regular topic drills, three timed mocks |

Daily practice rhythm
- Review yesterday’s error rules for five minutes.
- Study one narrow concept group for 20-30 minutes.
- Complete 10-20 unseen questions on that area.
- Review every miss and every correct guess.
- End with a short mixed set so the topic is not recognised only in isolation.
Seven-day plan

Thirty-day plan

|---|
| 1 | Topics 1 and 2 | Short drills plus model-purpose comparisons |
| 2 | Topics 3 and 4 | Role, team, stakeholder, and communication scenarios |

Build an error log that changes behaviour
| Record | Example |
|---|
| Tested distinction | Compliance versus internalisation |
| Decision fact missed | Behaviour stopped when monitoring stopped |
| Distractor attraction | Chose training because it sounded constructive |
| Repair rule | Diagnose the missing adoption level before choosing an intervention |
| Retest | Unseen item on adoption evidence |
Score interpretation
The official pass mark is 25 out of 50, but a bare pass in familiar practice is not a robust readiness target. Aim for several unseen timed sessions comfortably above the pass mark, with no syllabus area repeatedly weak and no dependence on recognising repeated questions.
Understanding is demonstrated when you can explain the discriminator in a new situation. Chasing 100% through repeated exposure can become memorisation rather than useful change-management reasoning.
